Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our Relationship Fundraising Department.

Join the team at a time of significant growth where we have onboarded our largest and most transformational partner to date.

This role sits within the Corporate Partnerships team that provides high quality account management and supporter experience to retain, renew and grow partners towards Centrepoint’s strategic goal. The team manages a diverse portfolio of partnerships, from long-term strategic partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships and Cause Related Marketing campaigns, with an overall target of over £7M. Partnership working and support from our committed corporate partners is a key part of making our vision to end youth homelessness a reality.

The Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth running of a 10-person Corporate Partnerships team, and a brilliant opportunity to support high performance and contribute to ongoing success.

In particular, the post holder will take responsibility for:

  • Administration support for the Corporate Partnerships team, and occasionally the Director of Fundraising, including delivery and leading on all finance processes inc. POs, invoices, coding income and supporting on monthly reconciliation
  • Team lead on Raisers Edge NXT, our client management database
  • Managing the corporate partnerships inbox and dealing with all enquiries or signposting when necessary within 24 hours (Mon – Fri)
  • Thanking donors for their support as well as supporting with stewardship such as report and newsletter writing
  • Assist Account Managers and Senior Manager with day-to-day management of high-value corporate partnerships
  • Support, or lead when appropriate, on some mid-value corporate partnerships
  • Key point of contact for the Business Development, supporting with ad-hoc tasks for the Corporate New Business team such as presentation design
  • Lead on data processes and provide comms support for Centrepoint’s annual Sleep Out mass participation event
  • Support and represent the team on cross departmental projects, where necessary

The role is offered on a hybrid working basis with home working combined with two or three days per week in our London or Manchester office, rotating fortnightly.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, excellent training and development, and a host of staff benefits including:

  • 25 days of annual leave per year, rising by one day per year to a maximum of 27 days
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Private Medical insurance
  • Income protection
  • Employer pension contributions of 5%
  • Access to Cycle 2 Work loan scheme
  • An interest-free travel loan
